My question is how is your frosting so stiff? The cakes we do, the frosting is so soft that it is a serious pain to attempt to get one layer on top of the other without messing up the frosting…

Hi, are you required to tell every client that there are wooden dowels in their cake? Because I've seen video's of people smashing people into the cake and they hurt themselves with the middle long dowel

When you put the last dowel in, wouldn’t that make the cardboard go down with it? So into the cake?

the frosting looks terrible and you could've spent a little extra time to make it look half decent especially because you didn't use fondant AND it is a wedding cake

so helpful! When guests cut into the cake would they get a piece of the dowel in it? or when you cut it is the dowel too in the inner center to be apart of the slice?!
Center Dowel: how can you make absolutely sure that tiers are perfectly centered so when you run that center dowel through?

Did you refrigerate the cakes after the crumb coat and/or before you started stacking them?
I am pretty sure you are not supposed to have cardboard in a wedding cake. I have been to several weddings and some had bigger cakes than this on and there was never cardboard in there.
Do you have to use dowels? Is there an edible option?
